Biography - Mr. Adam O. Letourneau, Q.C., C.Arb., C.Med.

Adam Letourneau, Q.C. is an experienced Chartered Arbitrator and Chartered Mediator, having arbitrated and mediated numerous disputes over the last decade, including cases of Wrongful Dismissal, Wage Recovery Appeals, Grievances and Commercial disputes, among other areas.  He is the managing partner of LETOURNEAU LLP. He is the Chair of the Arbitration Designation Committee for the ADR Institute of Alberta and also for the ADR Institute of Canada. He is a past board member of the ADR Institute of Alberta.  Adam has also practiced as a lawyer extensively in the areas of family law, civil litigation, business law and employment law.  Adam teaches Employment and Labour Relations, Negotiation, and Management Law classes as an Instructor at the Dhillon School of Business at the University of Lethbridge and holds a post-graduate degree (LLM) from University College London (University of London, England) in International Dispute Resolution (International Commercial Arbitration).   He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2015. He is a member of the ADR Institute of Canada.
